I do not recommend anyone to go here. I had a cleaning appointment.They just did some mouth scan as i was new patient. They said i have some inflammation on gum.Doctor wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and mouth rinse. Doctor lied me that they will give me a appointment to come in 2 weeks for cleaning. I verified this with receptionist, she said there is no appointment in 2 weeks time. Then receptionist said she will put me in a waiting list and she gave me really high hope that i will surely get appointment in 2 weeks time. It seems that she was lieing me too. Lots of liars in this clinic. It has been more than 3 months, they never called me back. I feel they just want to suck your insurance money and do not care about you. I had to wait 6 months for this appointment and all they did was mouth scan only. Now again, i had to make an appointment for another dentist where again i have to wait for 6 months. I really made a bad bad decision to choose this dentist. I wish google has 0 rating, i would have given this clicnic big 0 rating.

About a year ago, I went to this practice because my insurance company recommended. (I had to “pull strings” in order to get my insurance to pay. )The dentist proceeded to create the most useless denture I have ever seen. I wish I could post no stars.

I needed top dentures for the first time in my 62 year old life. Dr.N. and Dr. Sanchez did an AWESOME job extracting all 12 teeth in one visit... Then, Dr. Gerry placed my denture in immediately afterwards... The 3 of them are a TERRIFIC TEAM. Today i just had my 3rd visit and they listen to me when I tell them about my uncomfortable spots in my mouth and file down my denture for more comfort. I left there today feeling so much better then when I arrived there. I highly recommend this dental team to my family and friends. My daughter went last week and had work done to her teeth on her lunch break. Also, no long waiting time to see the dentist...

I can't thank everyone here enough for the prompt service & courtesy given to me during these last 3 weeks. I came to Family Dentist after a fall where I broke my upper denture. From Sharon at the front desk to Dr. Kaufman, Sanchez, and Lily who made my new dentures, they were all awesome! I appreciate them all so much! I finally have my smile back! And just in time for my birthday on Monday! I highly recommend the Family Dentist! Thank you all! Carol Missimer

Started back in 2022 with my Husband’s journey, after a failed denture adventure with another office I reached out to The Family Dentist and Dr. Kauffman got him to SMILE and be CONFIDENT again!! • In 2024 my Brother was looking for a hearing and dentist office and I told him call Sharon at The Family Dentist they have a hearing department as well. He didn’t really believe me but scheduled an appointment for both sides. He always told me how he felt like family going there. •In 2025 my Aunt Carmen needed partial dentures I called and scheduled her an appointment. She has dementia so I knew going to a small office would be perfect for her. SHE LOVED THE OFFICE! The girls, The doctors! When I told her it’s time to go to the dentist she would laugh because she knew she was going to have a good time. • •March 2025 My Dad started going there and my Mom will shortly follow behind. I still want the little one man band for my little guy! PRETTY PLEASE 🤭
